Hello and thanks for visiting! I'm Jodie. I have spent the past 25 years working in "Energy Alchemy" including movement, space and personal wellness, and supporting people in creating their best lives. 

I am a certified yoga teacher, meditation teacher, reiki practitioner, certified health and wellness coach and a certified Feng Shui consultant. I have been working with individuals in their homes for decades and have expanded my services to include environmental wellness via Feng Shui combined with ancient wisdom, and the power of crystals.  

How you feel in large part relies on the environment you spend time in. I  support you in making changes in your spaces to feel more peaceful, comfortable, productive, rested, and happier.  It is common for small steps to add up to effective change.
