My name is Jodie. I have spent the past 25 years working in wellness, and energy and supporting people in creating their best lives. 

I am a certified yoga teacher, meditation teacher, reiki practitioner, certified health and wellness coach and a certified Feng Shui consultant. I have been working with individuals in their homes for decades and have expanded my services to include environmental wellness via Feng Shui combined with wisdom of Kabbalah.  

How you feel in large part relies on the environment you spend time in. I  support you in making changes in your spaces to feel more peaceful, comfortable, productive, rested, and happier.  It is common for small steps to add up to effective change.
